Discover Your Point of View

Where you stand, literally and figuratively, affects the view you have and how things seem to you, right here and now.

In coaching conversations, we use the power of communication, active listening, and seeking the Holy Spirit to guide us into understanding and wisdom so that we can find our bearings.

As we figure out where we are, we get a sense of where God has designed us to go, and where He is calling us to step out in Faith.

Recognize Your Bias

Life experiences, family dynamics, education, culture, and divine designs... they all combine to create paradigms.

In a coaching conversation, we look for patterns, ideas, beliefs, thoughts and even sayings.
And we hold each of these captive and shine the light of truth on them   to see if they are profitable - or not.

Uncover Hidden Agendas

Every human being has needs, and most of our behavior is a result of trying to meet our needs,

In coaching conversations, we explore how our bias creates priorities, we unmask what's really most important, (vs the masquerade of "what should be" important) and we reveal the hidden motivations of your bias that secretly work under the surface trying to help you get what you want and need.   .

When you find out what your bias is, you can uncover the hidden agenda behind what you think, say, and do...how you are, and put it to work honestly - based on your mission, purpose, and values.

Realize Choices in Context

In order to get our bearings on where we stand now, we have to consider the choices we've made that got us here; most of the time, we don't do a great job on our own of remembering all the reasons we've decided to act the way we have.

In a coaching conversation, we guide the reflection on those choices using context: the where, when, why, how, and who circumstances that surrounded us at the time of our happenstances.

When we know that we are looking back from a different location, with different experiences, knowledge and resources, we use a different mind; one that has wisdom and understanding that leads us into compassion and forgiveness - for ourselves, others, and even God.  .

Clarify Your Desire

Sometimes we can get discouraged as we uncover so much of how we think and behave, and we see patterns that are interfering with our progress; it feels easier to notice what's wrong and what we don't want than to admit what our heart's desires are.

In a coaching conversation, we make space and shine light to make it easy and safe to explore what truly delights you, what really motivates your heart and spirit, and to be confident in sharing your heart with God, knowing He loves your heart completely, perfectly, and unconditionally as the loving parent who created your heart in the first place.  .

When you get really clear about what your bias is, it gets much easier to see what your true values and desires are, and how to live our your life purpose and mission in harmony with God's desires for you.

Create Your Satisfying Reality

When coaching begins, it's often because we need immediate relief from a painful reality: the real, every day consequences of the choices we've made in the past; and yet, just thinking about telling anyone about how miserable we are can come with feelings of being scared, guilty, embarrassed, or even like we're a burden to someone, and it can even feel weird to have the focus entirely on us.

That's the difference with coaching conversations. As your coach, it's my job to focus on you: your goals, your challenges, what brings joy and delight to your life, and what is not working for your life and design right now. I'm paid to be your personal and professional burden bearer - there is no need for you to reciprocate! (Can you imagine if you had a dental visit and then had to turn around and clean your dentist's teeth?)

As we work together, I help past choices make sense so your present choices become clearer, and together we create a different tomorrow by practicing new choices today, right where you are.

Where we are standing, right this moment affects our understanding, our happenstance, and our circumstances... in other words, our current stance is our bias.

In "Find Your Bias: Uncover Why You Think That" you'll discover what we all take for granted -
Personal Biases
- and how they act like hidden agendas, working unseen in our thoughts and showing up in our communication with ourselves and others.

TRANSFER / CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund Policy for Events and Program Registrations:

Kristi Rae Millsap promotes each course well in advance. Once an event or course becomes sold out, it is no longer promoted. Any requests for transfers after that point result in a loss of revenue for KRM. Due to the short notice, we also lose the ability to fill your seat and the revenue of potentially selling the new seat. This policy will be strictly enforced and your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Our Cancellation policy offers the following options:

When you register you have 72 hours to cancel and receive a full refund. All cancellations must be in writing and delivered by email to support@kristimillsap.com. Cancellation notice will be deemed to be the date which the written notification is sent.

If for any reason you cannot attend the event, you will forfeit the course with no refund.

Should you fail to notify KRM in writing of any changes within 72 hours of registration, and not “attend” the event, there will be no refunds, credits or transfers. In this case you forfeit any registration paid to Kristi Rae Millsap.

In the unlikely event that we must reschedule your event, you will be given the option to keep your registration for the new date, or receive a refund. No cancellation or transfer fees will apply.

If any installment payment should default, you will have seven (7) days to rectify the situation. If you should default on any installment payment the result may be cancellation for the registered event and the Cancellation Policy will apply. An N.S.F. or credit card decline will result in a $20 insufficient funds fee.

All dates and locations are subject to change without notice.

Refund Policy for Coaching Programs:

Because KRM can only work with a limited number of participants in programs each year, once you have registered for coaching programs or a coaching event, you have 72 hours to change your mind and request a full refund via the email you signed up through. After 72 hours, there are no refunds. There cannot be a guarantee your success, because there is no guarantee what you will do with the information shared with you. While others have used the information to make a six or seven-figure income, the work you do will probably NOT produce significant results immediately. There is a gestation period connected to your success. Each individual comes into each program with different levels of expertise and experience. The training and information is designed to help you succeed, but it does not replace the necessary work you will need to do to implement the strategies and tips that are shared.
